There is a fee if you cancel within 48 hours of your clean

Each clean package is different and time can depend on how large the house is, and what service package you have requested. Our cleaners can provide an estimated time frame however we cannot guarantee this 

All our cleaners undergo police checks and are required to provide up-to-date police clearance certificates.

They are also Working with Children checked as well 

In the event of a public holiday or special occassion, we may move you to the closest available day or skip a clean at your discretion.

If you become ill, we ask that you notify us and reschedule your clean to a later date. This is to avoid spreading any sickness to other people.

No, it isn't necessary for anyone to be home during the cleaning. We prioritize your convenience and security. You have a couple of options:

1. Key Arrangement: You can leave a key in a safe location that you have disclosed to us, ensuring our team can access your home for the cleaning appointment.
2. Alarm System: If you have an alarm system, you can either choose to leave it disarmed on the day of the clean or provide us with the code. We will ensure a seamless and secure cleaning process, respecting your preferences.
